No Refund Policy

All purchases on Lys are final. Because our products are digital goods (Roblox keys, codes, and accounts) delivered instantly after payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Once a digital item has been displayed or sent by email, the transaction is considered complete and irreversible. By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You are buying non-tangible, instantly delivered goods;

  • No refund will be issued for accidental purchases, change of mind, or compatibility issues;

  • Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting our support will be considered misuse of this policy.

Legal Notice (EU)

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and related EU directives on digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once delivery has begun with your prior consent.
By placing your order, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal.

Limited Exceptions

A replacement or store credit may be offered only if:

  • The problem is verified by GreamWar support.
